So without further ado...ten questions about me that I made up.

1. Why did you start blogging?

Honestly, to get my mind off some things. It has provided me with sort of an outlet to post some creativity and meet some inspiring bloggers.

2. What is your favorite holiday and why?

Thanksgiving! I love all the decorations and it is such a simple holiday and a perfect time to just focus on what it important to you. I love Christmas too. It comes in a very very close second. 

3. What is something you like about yourself?

My smile :) It is so important to smile at people!

4. What is your favorite bible verse?

"For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" Isaiah 41:13

5. If you could have any pet you want, what would it be? 

A Boxer puppy! They are the sweetest and cutest dogs!

6. Why do you like thrifting so much?

I really enjoy the hunt and I like re-purposing things for a cheaper deal than if I were to buy it brand new!

7. What is your favorite childhood memory?

When my family and I would pack up the camper on Friday's after school and head to Lake Livingston State Park for the weekend! I would love to do that with my husband once we have kids of our own. It was so important for us to have that family time together.

8. What is your favorite color?

yellow and turqoise

9. When did you get married?

My husband and I got married May 27, 2011 and it still feels like yesterday! That was definitely one of the best days of my life!

10.  Where did you go on your honeymoon?

A beautiful place called Playa del Carmen and I would love to go back!
