My husband and I love eating healthy and working out, but let's face it, sometimes it's much easier to do the opposite when busy schedules get in the way. Starting this week I will have a dinner menu set Mon-Friday to help keep us on track. This will not only help us continue to eat healthy, but to keep us from spending ridiculous amounts of money eating out and force us to finish off the groceries. One thing I absolutely hate is throwing away food that has gone bad in the refrigerator just because we didn't eat it fast enough. The plan is after the menu is set, I will make my grocery list from that. Ok, so this isn't the first time I have tried this, but I believe putting this on the blog will help hold me accountable.
